PathForgeXP is a coaching practice operated by Bishoff Adventure Consultancy, a Utah company based in Spanish Fork, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through pathforgexp.com, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
The short version: we collect what you give us so John can have a real conversation with you. We do not sell your information, and we never share your phone number or your text message consent with anyone.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site, book a call, take the Wilderness Gap assessment, or subscribe to the journal, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include your first and last name, email address, phone number, which program you are interested in, anything you write in the message field, and your assessment answers and resulting profile scores.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and analytics providers record standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the site that referred you. This is used to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- To deliver what you asked for, such as your written Wilderness Gap profile or the Above the Tree Line journal.
- To send occasional updates about programs, cohort dates, and openings, which you can stop at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the site.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you check the consent box on a form and give us your mobile number, you are agreeing to receive text messages from PathForgeXP related to your inquiry, scheduling, and program updates. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Full details are in our Messaging Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described in the "How we share it" section below exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it. We share it only in these situations:
- Service providers who run the practice. Our CRM and messaging platform (HighLevel and its telephony provider), our email and newsletter tools (Google Workspace and beehiiv), our website host (Cloudflare), and our payment processor (Stripe). Each of them handles your data only to provide their service to us.
- When the law requires it. In response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.
- If the business changes hands. In a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
As stated above, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every one of these categories and are never shared.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we are working together or as long as you want to hear from us, and afterward for as long as we need it for legitimate business, tax, and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
- Email. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction, and deletion. Email coaching@pathforgexp.com and we will confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls that limit who on our side can see your information. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat what you tell us as private.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Some PathForgeXP programs involve minors attending with a parent. In those cases the parent or legal guardian provides all information and consent directly.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated by email where we have your address.
