Moab desert stretching toward distant snow-capped peaks

The experiences

Real challenge.
Real conversation.
Real change.

Four ways to work with PathForgeXP — each built around the Moab wilderness and the relationships worth crossing the country for.

01 / Father & Child · 3 Days

The Moab Journey

Three days in the red rock with your son or daughter — the shared story your relationship has been waiting for.

Ages 12 to 18. Days move between hiking, mountain biking, and rafting the Colorado. Evenings gather around the fire for guided conversations most fathers and children never quite find the words — or the setting — to have. You'll leave with a common language, a set of inside references only the two of you share, and momentum you can carry home.

  • Guided hiking, mountain biking & river rafting
  • Evening circles & father-child conversation frameworks
  • Max 5 pairs — intimate by design
  • All gear, meals & safety led by a Wilderness First Responder
$3,500Starting / father-child pair

02 / Men's Cohort · 3 Days

The Inner Forge

For the man who needs to get quiet, get honest, and get clear — solo, or alongside a small cohort of peers.

The forge is where raw material becomes something with an edge. Three days out of the noise, doing the real work on identity, purpose, and intentional living — with men who lead at the same altitude and wrestle with the same questions. Maximum of eight, so no one hides in the back.

  • Guided wilderness challenge & solo reflection time
  • Frameworks for clarity, identity & intentional living
  • Max 8 men — solo or as a private cohort
  • Facilitated by John, grounded in published research
$2,500Starting / person

03 / 1-on-1 or Group · 3 Sessions

Integration Coaching

The retreat lights the spark. Integration is where it becomes a forged, permanent change in how you show up.

Insight fades fast once the calendar reloads. These three-session packages — one-on-one or in a small group — turn what you realized in the desert into changed behavior at home and at work. Practical, accountable, and built around the specific gap you came to close.

  • Three structured sessions, in person or remote
  • Personalized action plan & accountability
  • Ideal as a follow-on to any retreat
  • Available 1-on-1 or as a private group

Great way to build a new network and gain new friends. I would highly recommend anyone to try it out.
