These terms govern the PathForgeXP text messaging program, operated by Bishoff Adventure Consultancy, doing business as PathForgeXP, in Spanish Fork, Utah.
What the program is
When you give us your mobile number and check the consent box on a PathForgeXP form, we may send you text messages about the inquiry you submitted, scheduling and confirming your call, logistics for a program you have joined, and occasional updates about cohort dates and openings. Messages come from PathForgeXP.
Examples of messages you may receive:
- "PathForgeXP: John got your request and will call you within 48 hours. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- "PathForgeXP: your 20-minute Gap Review is confirmed for Thursday at 2:00 PM MT. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- "PathForgeXP: the September Inner Forge cohort has two seats left. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on a form at pathforgexp.com and checking the consent box, which is never checked for you. The box appears next to language telling you exactly what you are agreeing to. You may also opt in verbally on a call with John, or by texting us first.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. You can work with PathForgeXP without ever receiving a text.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most people receive fewer than four messages per month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. PathForgeXP does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to messages you send and receive.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to transmission limits and carrier conditions outside our control. Supported carriers include the major US carriers, and carrier support may change without notice.
Your privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. How we handle the rest of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this page, with the date at the top.
